What you can expect from us
ALLOCATED TIME
An hour is allocated for each cut and finish to ensure your stylist can finish the job with care and creativity.
EXPERTISE
Our use of the Wella Professional method of cutting and colouring the cut ensures the result will keep looking great through your next visit.
HYGIENE
Our tools are fresh and hygienic for each client, and we use disposable gowns and towels.
Enjoy peace of mind knowing that our disposable gowns and towels are 100% biodegradable. We charge a £1 green fee per service to recycle hair and chemicals – click here for more information.
CONSULTATION
Our unique six-step consultation ensures your preferences drive our recommendations.
QUALITY PRODUCTS
We use Wella System Professional, Olaplex and Colourwowhair to shampoo and condition hair plus the full Wella range to colour your hair.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The highest levels are practiced at all times.
All tools, basins, and stations are cleaned and sanitised between each client.
What you’ll enjoy at our salons
VALUE
Our essential conditioning treatments are included in the service price, and specialist treatment services are available upon consultation.
Wella SP, ColourWowhair and Olaplex home haircare products are available, and we advise you on the right choice and use them without the pushy sales talk. A blow dry, done by an assistant, is included in your colour service. If you prefer, you can book a blow-dry with your stylist at an additional cost.
BEVERAGES
We serve Nespresso coffee and a wide variety of Twinings infusions so that you can choose your favourite. We also provide Oat milk as an alternative.
DIGITAL MAGAZINES
You can read various magazines online with our digital service, and please feel free to bring your iPad, kindle, or tablet to enjoy.

We send out a review request after your appointment, and we want you to be honest!
If you are unhappy with your haircut or colour, we will do it again.

FREE FRINGE TRIMS
A fringe will often get in your eyes before it’s time for your next cut, so we offer our clients a complimentary fringe trim in-between haircuts. Please call on the day you want to pop in for a fringe trim, and we will find you a space!
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
While we do our best to recommend the right products for you, If you purchase any Wella System Professional, Colorwowhair, or Olaplex haircare or finishing product and find it unsuitable, bring it back, and we’ll swap it for another.
