CONFIRMATION EMAILS
You will receive a confirmation email for any bookings you make, stating all our terms and conditions.
APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
We send text messages and email reminders 72 hours before your appointment. Reminders will state at which branch your appointment is booked.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Popham Salon believes accessibility is essential for all, young and old, our Summertown salon is wheelchair accessible in compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act.
SKIN SENSITIVITY TESTING
To protect you from the unlikely event of an allergic reaction to PPD’s found in all permanent hair colours, a colour sensitivity test must be applied prior to a first time colour application with us. We use the Colourstart method of testing.
HAIRDRESSING FOR WEDDINGS AND BALLS
Every wedding is so personal we offer our wedding hair service in consultation with one of our specialists. For balls or parties we have hairdressers specialising in dressing hair; please email or call.
RUNNING TO TIME
From time to time, we get so caught up in our work that we can run a little late; in this event, we will call you to let you know.

We run cancellation lists for all our teams, so if you would like to be added, please let us know.

CANCELLATION CHARGE
If you let us know you cannot make it, we make every effort to fill your slot; from our cancellation lists.
However, we do charge a 50% fee for appointments cancelled within the 24-hour period and a 100% fee for any missed appointment.
